The Joint Building Contracts Committee (JBCC) NPC is a non-profit company that develops, publishes, and maintains standard building contracts and related documentation for the South African construction industry. The contracts are available on the newly launched eJBCC digital sales portal.
Established through collaboration among leading industry bodies, JBCC drives fairness, transparency, and efficiency in contractual relationships between employers, contractors, and professionals. Its suite of standardised contracts, guides, and training programmes promotes best practices, reduces disputes, and ensures compliance with industry regulations.
