JBCC Welcomes New Board Member – Gerhard de Leeuw 

The JBCC is proud to welcome Gerhard de Leeuw as the ASAQS – The Association of South African Quantity Surveyors representative on the JBCC Board.

With over two decades of experience in quantity surveying across South Africa and internationally, Gerhard brings extensive expertise in building economics, construction contracts, and procurement. His involvement in key industry organisations, including the Africa Association of Quantity Surveyors (Exco) and the PROCSA Committee, underscores his dedication to advancing industry best practices.

We are honoured to have Gerhard on board and look forward to his valuable contributions in strengthening JBCC’s contractual frameworks and driving industry growth.
