Objectives:
The interpretation and understanding of the JBCC agreements and contracts is fundamental in carrying out a successful construction project to final completion stage. Many projects stand still due the lack of contract knowledge in implementation. It is crucial that contracting parties adhere and fully understand the JBCC clauses before entering a JBCC agreement. This webinar reviews the JBCC clauses from implementation of a project to the final completion stages and gives a view to the delegates the challenges that might be experienced in progamme stages, remedies that can be used and what to avoid when administering a project using the JBCC agreements.
