DESCRIPTION:This is a training course conducted online using zoom presented
  in two sessions starting from 13h00 and ends at 16h00Presented by  – I
 saac NkosiObjectives:The interpretation and understanding of the JBCC agre
 ements and contracts is fundamental in carrying out a successful construct
 ion project to final completion stage. Many projects stand still due the l
 ack of contract knowledge in implementation. It is crucial that contractin
 g parties adhere and fully understand the JBCC clauses before entering a J
 BCC agreement. This webinar reviews the JBCC clauses from implementation o
 f a project to the final completion stages and gives a view to the delegat
 es the challenges that might be experienced in progamme stages\, remedies 
 that can be used and what to avoid when administering a project using the
