DESCRIPTION:This is a training course conducted online using zoom presented

 anding of the JBCC agreements and contracts is fundamental in carrying out
  a successful construction project to final completion stage. Many project
 s stand still due the lack of contract knowledge in implementation. It is 
 crucial that contracting parties adhere and fully understand the JBCC clau
 ses before entering a JBCC agreement. This webinar reviews the JBCC clause
 s from implementation of a project to the final completion stages and give
 s a view to the delegates the challenges that might be experienced in prog
