DESCRIPTION:This is a training course conducted online using zoom presented
  in two sessions starting from 13h00 and ends at 16h00Presented by  – P

  agreements and contracts is fundamental in carrying out a successful cons
 truction project to final completion stage. Many projects stand still due 
 the lack of contract knowledge in implementation. It is crucial that contr
 acting parties adhere and fully understand the JBCC clauses before enterin
 g a JBCC agreement. This webinar reviews the JBCC clauses from implementat
 ion of a project to the final completion stages and gives a view to the de
