DESCRIPTION:This is a training course conducted online using zoom presented
  in two sessions starting from 13h00 and ends at 16h00\nPresented by  –
  Professor Maritz\nObjectives:\nThe interpretation and understanding of th
 e JBCC agreements and contracts is fundamental in carrying out a successfu
 l construction project to final completion stage. Many projects stand stil
 l due the lack of contract knowledge in implementation. It is crucial that
  contracting parties adhere and fully understand the JBCC clauses before e
 ntering a JBCC agreement. This webinar reviews the JBCC clauses from imple
 mentation of a project to the final completion stages and gives a view to 
 the delegates the challenges that might be experienced in progamme stages\
 , remedies that can be used and what to avoid when administering a project
