Receptionist / PA to the CEO

Are you highly organised, personable, and ready to take your first steps into executive support? We’re looking for a Receptionist / Personal Assistant to the CEO who will be the face of our office and a key support to our leadership.

This unique role blends front-desk professionalism with direct exposure to C-level operations — perfect for someone looking to grow their career in administration or executive assistance.

  • Location: Gauteng
  • Full-time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome visitors, answer calls, and manage the front desk professionally
  • Coordinate and maintain the CEO's calendar and meeting schedule
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on key action points
  • Serve as the main communication link between the CEO and internal/external contacts
  • Organize travel and logistics, manage office supplies, and support daily operations
  • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations

What We're Looking For:

1–2 years in a receptionist, admin, or assistant role

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Highly organised, discreet, and eager to learn

A diploma or degree in business administration is a plus
