The JBCC continuously strives to ensure that our agreements are of the highest standard for use in the built environment. The May 2018 editions will remain valid for use until further notice and for sale in hard copy while stock lasts. The 2024 editions are available in hard copy from stockists for purchase and resell to clients. In addition, they are available electronically on the new e-JBCC platform at www.ejbcc.co.za.

The updates from the previous editions primarily involve the correction of errors, as addressed by the JBCC drafting committee and vetted by the JBCC review committee. The changes in the June 2024 editions are minimal, ensuring that users will not encounter significant differences or unfamiliarity when utilising the new versions.
