Principal Building Agreement 6.2 combined with the 2018 JBCC Nominated/Selected Subcontract Agreement 6.2 and the 2018 Minor Works Agreement 5.2
This seminar is the essential introduction to the JBCC contract documentation. The Principal Building Agreement defines the primary contractual conditions applicable to the document suite. The presentation is cross referenced to the Nominated / Selected Subcontract Agreement to illustrate the working relationship between the contractor and specialist contractors. Developers, professionals, contractors, subcontractors and others related to the building industry will gain an understanding of the Agreement to enable them to competently administer a building contract. Delegates will receive a memory stick containing notes dealing with each clause in the three agreements, the appropriate completion of standard forms and a reference copy of the agreements and applicable contract data.

Terms and Conditions:
Substitution of delegates is permitted – JBCC must be informed 48 hours before the seminar
Cancellations in writing must be received at least ten (10) working days before a seminar and will subject to an administrative charge of R 250.00
No refunds will be made for late cancellations or ‘no shows’ on the date of the seminar
JBCC reserves the right to cancel any seminar – a full refund will be made to delegates who have paid
No transfer of a delegate to another seminar is permitted where a delegate is unable to attend and/or where no substitute delegate is available
